BRIEF:

Design a floating / amphibious structure that will be docked at South Quay, Canary Wharf and that could house a space
for education, exhibition, research, etc. The concept will be in response to the research into the relationship between the
river, the city and those who interact with the environment. The design will engage with issues such as diversity, sustainability
and ecology. Your choice of materials must reflect the research and fit the ethos and ideology of the concept, while providing a
structure that is original, aesthetically pleasing, functional and inclusive, thus allowing everyone to enjoy the same experience.
